Coastal Get-Away

Utilizing the Coohom software program, the designer reimagined a vacation coastal home suitable for a family of three, optimizing the compact loft space originally intended for one to two occupants.

Overcoming the challenge of spatial limitations, the design focused on strategic furniture placement to delineate distinct areas within the loft.

The resulting layout offered a range of functionalities, including ample storage solutions, a cozy sleeping nook, a dedicated study corner, dining accommodations for two to four individuals, and a comfortable lounge area for up to four people. Through creative utilization of every inch of space and innovative design techniques, the designer successfully transformed the compact loft into a versatile and welcoming living space.
