Staged to Shine

At Staged to Shine, I led the brand from concept to execution, designing a cohesive visual identity that included the company logo, business cards, flyers, and other printed materials. I created and launched the brand’s website with a brand guide of who Staged to Shine is, managed social media content creation and scheduling, produced short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok, created digital advertisements, and developed email marketing campaigns through MailChimp to grow engagement and attract clients.

In addition to marketing, I applied my creative and design skills to home staging projects. Using design principles and space planning, I transformed rooms to be both functional and visually appealing, selecting furniture and décor from a large inventory to create a cohesive look. I understood buyer psychology and the importance of highlighting key rooms, ensuring that each staged home made a strong first impression.

I also took a leadership role in project management—planning logistics, staging and de-staging homes, coordinating teams, and working under tight deadlines. This required strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure.

By combining strategic marketing with hands-on creative design and a deep understanding of real estate staging, I was able to elevate the brand, engage clients, and create spaces that left lasting impressions.
